Sample Geotechnical Investigation Projects

New Residential House, Castro Valley, CA

Geotechnical investigation report for a two-story residence in Stanton Avenue. Two exploratory borings were performed and over 10 lab tests were done on collected soil samples. Study of liquefaction was conducted. A foundation system comprised of drilled cast-in-place reinforced concrete piers extended to bedrock was designed.

New Residential House, Half Moon Bay, CA

Geotechnical investigation report for a proposed two-story residence in Cortez Avenue. Two exploratory borings (depths of 35ft and 45ft) were performed and over 15 lab tests were done on the collected soil samples. Study of liquefaction was performed for this site.
